What information is collected?

A. Information You Provide to Us. When you visit our Site or otherwise engage with us or our representatives, we may collect your e-mail address if you provide it to us voluntarily to contact you about the Services, register for our events, or other offerings. a. Financial Data and Personal Information. Registered Users who use our Services to make an investment in our offerings will be asked to provide certain financial data, such as your bank account number and bank routing number. This information is required to enable us to utilize your bank account to originate funds transfers and make subsequent investment disbursements to you. Seraph will also collect information pertaining to your account transactions.

b. Identity Verification. For purposes of satisfying “Know Your Customer” and “Anti-Money Laundering” requirements, Seraph may use certain third party systems. Depending on the circumstances, additional documentation or personal information may be requested by third party services to satisfy “Know Your Customer” and/or anti-money laundering requirements. In addition to self-accreditation at the outset of account creation, additional accreditation documentation may be requested and required by Seraph or by certain regulatory bodies in certain States or by the Federal Government.

B. Information We Collect About Your Interaction with Us. We collect additional information about your interaction with the Site without identifying you as an individual (“Anonymous Information”), by using cookies on our Site. For example, we receive certain standard information that your browser sends to every website you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and language, access times and referring website addresses. We may use Anonymous Information for any purpose in our discretion. For clarity, Anonymous Information means information that is not associated with or linked to your personal information and does not permit the identification of individual persons. A. Tracking Technologies.
